There are three team catagories:

1. Women only teams
2. Men only teams
3. Co-ed teams
   

Teams can consist of up to 10 individuals, any mix of men or women, any age distribution, with up to 5 competing each day.

Everyone will be given a finisher prize and recognition will be given for the top team in each category.
